You do not need to provide proof of your English language proficiency if a) English is your native language or b) you have obtained your Bachelor's degree from a university in an English-speaking country. In all other cases, you must submit a certificate demonstrating proficiency in the English language at level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). The certificate should not be older than 2 years.
